About Pro Youth Disability Services
WHO WE ARE
Pro Youth Disability Services is a Melbourne-based NDIS support service dedicated to helping young people with disabilities aged 10 to 25 building confidence and independence.
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to feel capable, supported and proud of who they are. That belief guides everything we do.
We work with NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants across Melbourne, collaborating closely with families, supporting coordinators and plan managers to make sure every participant gets the right support at the right time.

To support every young person with a disability to discover their strengths, build genuine connections, and step into a life of confidence and independence on their own terms, at their own pace.
OUR APPROACH - How we work
We take a calm, consistent and strengths-based approach. Before anything else, we listen to the young person and to their family. We take the time to understand who they are, what they enjoy and what they hope to achieve.
Where possible, participants work with the same mentor and the same approach each time. Consistency helps create a stable and supportive environment where young people feel comfortable and understood.
